169. WOLVES - An acrylic painting on a 24 x 30 size canvas board painted for my son Stephen, Jr. in 2003.
My son, Stephen, is a wolf advocate. His home features wonderful framed wolf art, several of which are 3 dimensional sculptured pieces that extend outward from their frames. They are awesome works of art!
So one day, when I decided to do a painting for Stephen to remember me by, I placed a new canvas on my easel and painted two wolves standing in a snowy landscape.
And that is what you see when you look at my painting.
But I hope that when my son looks at it, he sees me, and the message I put in the painting, "I love You".
