The Space Swimmers 1
414. SPACE SWIMMERS 1 - A black ink and gray pencil drawing on an 11 x 14 size vellum paper. It appears in the paperback, "The Space Swimmers," by Gordon R. Dickson, published by Ace, 1979
When I read a Dickson science fiction story, or one of his fantasy tales, (He was equally good at writing both), I'm usually impressed by the characters he created and the unusual settings he put them in. His beings from other worlds are remarkably "alien". He had the knack of putting in just the right amount of detail to make it all seem real. Just like a good painter does!
